Design for Manufacture (DfM) Analysis

Tolerance Specifications
The CAD model provides nominal dimensions but does not account for manufacturing variability and misalignment. For small parts under 12”, our CNC machines can achieve tolerances within 0.005”. For medium-sized parts (between 12” and 24”), we maintain tolerances within 0.010”. For larger parts up to 36”, a tolerance of 1/64” can be achieved. It's crucial to understand the appropriate tolerances when creating manufacturing drawings based on the CAD file. You can include special tolerancing instructions when submitting a quote, and our engineers will be in touch for clarification.
Quantity Flexibility
Unofactory is committed to flexibility, with no minimum order requirements. You can specify various order volumes to identify price break levels, and we offer bulk pricing for efficient purchasing. Specify the quantity for bulk pricing, and we will provide up to three versions of the quotation. Additionally, you can provide guidance to our design engineers to ensure we meet your project's specific needs.
